~ very near SPK jetty/pier, surrounded by local food stalls and coffee shop.
~ near to fishery product and some places of visit such as 'satay' snack factory and boat building factory.
~ type of room : room with private bathroom, budget room and dormitory.

~ suitable for budget traveller, solo, and couple, who looking for cozy, warm and quiet accommodation.

~ can rent as one unit for a small family or few units for groups.

~ 2 min walk to Pasir Bogak beach for swimming and sea-sport activities.
~ 5 to 10 min walk to seafood restaurant, 'ikan bakar' grill seafood and 'mamak' stall.
~ we do not have reception counter, but we will arrange key handover and provide support to our guests.
